Analysis of working temperature threshold for braided silicone tubing

Generally, ordinary silicone hoses are not resistant to high and low temperatures, only specially made silicone hoses are resistant to high and low temperatures.
Is it possible for high-temperature resistant silicone tubing to work continuously at high temperatures (above 200 ℃)? On the contrary, can low-temperature resistant silicone tubing work continuously at low temperatures (below -20 ℃)?
The answer is definitely not, for example, the safe voltage is 36V. 36V voltage is harmless to the human body in a short period of time, but prolonged exposure to 24V voltage may also cause electric shock. The principle of silicone tubing is the same as this.
Silicone tubing can work for a short period of time at high temperatures of 300 ℃ or low temperatures of -70 ℃ without affecting its performance, but if it works for a long time, the molecular structure of the silicone tubing will be damaged, which is why the maximum temperature of the silicone tubing is -70 to 300 ℃.
In short, some customers may misunderstand that they can work continuously at temperatures ranging from -70 to 300 ℃, but it is recommended that silicone tubes not work for long periods of time at high or low temperatures.
Is there a relationship between the wall thickness and curing time of woven silicone tubing at the same temperature? If the wall thickness affects the curing time, can we increase the temperature to reduce the curing time? At the same temperature, thick walled products require a longer time and it is not advisable to increase the temperature. Thick walled products are generally stored at low temperatures for a long time, otherwise they are prone to being burnt on the outside and tender on the inside. For the same type of rubber, if the product thickness is different and the vulcanization process is not consistent, only thick products with longer vulcanization time and lower temperature can ensure product quality. Raising the temperature is possible, but be careful of the low tear resistance of the bursting nozzle.
The heat conduction of woven silicone tubing cannot be completed in an instant like metal and water, and there is a time process from high temperature to low temperature. If your product is heated at high temperatures, it is possible that the parts near the heat source have already been vulcanized and restored to their original state, while the interior near the center may only be vulcanized. Generally speaking, for every 6mm increase in product thickness, the curing time should be extended by at least 2 minutes on top of T90. Thick products will be cooked at low temperatures for a long time, otherwise they will not be fully cooked on the outside. The product can also use two different films, with the middle film curing faster and the two sides curing slower, but this increases the number of processes.
