1、 Inner glue layer failure
The obvious expansion of the inner rubber layer may be due to the corrosion of the material of the inner rubber layer by the passing medium, or the temperature exceeds the specified temperature. Therefore, when replacing the hose, it is important to know whether the hose is compounded with the passing medium and whether it can withstand the working temperature. If not, you need to replace the steel wire braided hose with a better quality.
2、 Outer rubber layer failure
When cracks are found in the outer rubber layer, first observe whether there is a problem with the inner rubber layer. If there is no problem with the inner rubber layer, it may be that the outer rubber layer is cut by sharp things, or it is frozen and cracked by severe cold. Therefore, do not move the hose outdoors in a cold environment. If there is a bulge in the outer rubber layer, first check whether it is a quality problem or improper use. Refer to inner glue layer failure.
3、 Enhancement layer failure
The reinforcing layer is mainly woven or wound by steel wires, which are all metal fabrics. If it is corroded, it is easy to rust, which will weaken its strength and cause it to crack under high pressure. This situation is usually accompanied by the cracking and wear of the outer rubber layer. If the joint is broken, it may be because the joint is not tight and moisture enters the reinforcing layer.
