The internally woven rubber hose has a double-layer structure, with stainless steel wire coiled inside. During application and transportation, it is important to avoid accidentally damaging the hose. What aspects should be noted when transporting rubber hoses?

1、 Moving

1. Do not drag or drop during transportation and loading/unloading. For overweight rubber hoses, choose lifting machinery or specialized machinery for loading and unloading to avoid accidental damage that may endanger normal work applications.

2. It should be classified into rolls (strips) and transported neatly. To prevent the pipe body from bending or folding significantly, other hanging objects should not be stacked on the rubber hose.

3. For rubber hoses that require vertical transportation, when their length exceeds the loading box, the longer part should be supported by fixed brackets to prevent the goods from being scratched and damaged on the road surface.

4. During the entire loading and unloading process, handle with care.

5. If the goods need to be temporarily parked outdoors (or at the entrance of the production workshop) due to business needs, the site should be leveled first, and then the rubber hoses should be neatly arranged and covered to avoid stacking or lifting objects.

6. It is strictly prohibited to mix the braided rubber hose with acid, alkali, crude oil, solvents, flammable and explosive materials. The pipe body should not come into direct contact with sharp edged objects.

2、 Storage

1. The storage warehouse should be kept clean and naturally ventilated, with a relative temperature below 80%. The temperature inside the warehouse should be maintained at -15~40 ℃ to prevent exposure to sunlight and rain.

2. When storing, it should be placed according to different types, specifications, and models, without mixing or stacking, and stored with signs.

3. When storing, the rubber hose should be kept loose. Generally, those with an inner diameter less than 76mm can be stored in rolls (but the inner diameter of the roll should not be less than 15 times the inner diameter of the rubber hose).

4. To avoid deformation during storage, the stacking height should not be too high, generally not exceeding 1.5m.

5. During storage, it is prohibited to stack hanging objects on the pipe body to avoid external compression and damage.

6. The storage period of rubber hoses generally does not exceed 2 years to prevent quality hazards caused by prolonged storage time.

The above precautions should be taken during the transportation and storage of braided rubber hoses. During this period, the hose body should be avoided from being damaged and should not come into direct contact with sharp objects.
