High pressure steel wire braided rubber hose is mainly used in hydraulic systems of various industrial equipment, which can transport petroleum based and water-based liquids. 3. 4. Cover the extruder with outer glue again and wrap it with a sulfurized protective layer of lead or cloth.

5. Sulfurization pain or salt bath vulcanization.

The inner adhesive layer has the function of supporting transportation materials and protecting stainless steel wires from corrosion, while the outer adhesive layer protects stainless steel wires from damage. The stainless steel wire layer is the raw material of the frame, which improves performance and has excellent acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, and aging resistance.

The rubber hose is made of special synthetic rubber, which has excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, and aging resistance. The pipe body is tightly bonded, soft to use, and has low deformation under pressure. It has high pressure bearing capacity and superior pulse performance. The manufacturing of high-pressure steel wire braided rubber hoses requires multiple equipment and types of raw materials, and the production process is complex. However, in recent years, the production process of hydraulic oil pipes mainly made of plastic or thermoplastic elastomers can be simplified appropriately, but the raw material prices are high, and rubber raw materials are still the main choice.
