High pressure refers to setting the application characteristics of the hose in this requirement and determining the working pressure of the hose based on the system pressure. Each high-pressure hose has a normal working pressure, and the burst pressure of the hose is 3-4 times that of the high working pressure. The greater the pressure, the more layers of steel wire, and the stricter the product consumption.
Based on the actual pressure of the system, selecting a hose with a higher working pressure can ensure the normal operation of the system. If the system experiences frequent impact pressure, a hose with a longer pulse life should be chosen.
The temperature of the medium conveyed by the rubber hose should not exceed the requirements of the manufacturer. The rubber hose should be kept clean and the interior should be thoroughly rinsed. Prevent foreign objects from entering the lumen, obstructing liquid delivery and damaging equipment.
The working environment temperature of steel wire braided rubber hoses, whether too high or too low, can affect the service life and pressure bearing capacity of the hoses. A device shell or insulation board can be installed to prevent deformation of the hoses due to heat. Protective measures should be taken when the rubber hose penetrates or rubs against the center of the mechanical appearance to prevent the hose from bursting due to wear and tear.
In on-site applications, try to maintain the straightness of the hose as much as possible. When bending is required, sharp bending should be prevented. The bending radius should not be too small, but should be greater than 9 times the outer diameter. The connection between the rubber hose and the joint should have a straight pipe section that is twice the outer diameter of the pipeline. During installation, do not twist the rubber hose, as slight changes may reduce its strength and loosen the joint.
When installing steel wire braided rubber hoses, it is necessary to prevent them from being tightened and leave a certain length margin. In daily use, it is necessary to protect the rubber hose and avoid squeezing, collision, etc. Gently operate the valve to reduce pressure impact and prevent the hose from bursting.
