Braided rubber hose refers to the product after braiding a layer of stainless steel wire outside the stainless steel hose or rubber hose.

Structure composition:
Inner pipe: usually made of butadiene rubber, PVC, EPDM and other materials. The inner pipe of braided pipe is mainly made of butadiene rubber and PVC;
Outer layer: 8 strands Φ 8mm 304 stainless steel wire woven, density ≥ 20 turns /40mm;
Nut and inner core: hpb59 high-quality brass is made by stamping, machining and other processes, and the nut surface is chrome plated;
Connecting sleeve: it is made of copper sheets hpb62 ~ hpb65, and the surface is chrome plated;
Sealing gasket: 4.5mm thick Buna-N flat sealing gasket is used.

Classification of external braided hose:
According to the function, it can be divided into single head pipe, braided pipe and shower pipe.
According to the production process, it can be divided into low, medium and high. Low grade outer braided rubber pipes are made of aluminum wire, iron nut, zinc alloy inner core and rubber inner pipe with relatively small wire diameter at the low end. The product with this configuration has a certain price advantage, but the lowest grade, which is prone to water leakage, oxidation and other problems. Medium grade braided pipes are mainly made of 304 steel wire, EPDM material and all copper accessories. The applicable period is generally more than 5 years. The high-end outer braided hose has specific uses, such as the outer braided hose of water purifier. It is generally required to put the configuration of medium-grade first. The common configurations include 304 stainless steel wire, food grade silicone inner tube, food grade PEX-b inner tube, 58-3 all copper accessories, silicone gasket, etc.
