1. During installation, avoid being in a tight state and leave a length allowance. Even if there is no relative movement between the two ends of the hose, the hose should remain loose. When the hose is subjected to pressure, its length and diameter will change. Therefore, the compressed pipe will expand under pressure, resulting in a decrease in strength. When installing the hose, do not come into contact with other hoses or pipes to avoid wear and tear. If there are places where there may be friction with the machine surface during crossing or working, protective devices such as throat clamps and yellow shields should be used to prevent wear of the outer rubber layer of the hose.

2. The elbow and hose joint should be installed on the same plane to prevent rotation. In special circumstances, if the joints at both ends of the high-pressure steel wire braided rubber hose need to be on two different planes, clamps should be installed at appropriate positions to divide the hose into two parts, so that each part is on the same plane. When the pipeline needs to be bent, sharp bends should be avoided, and the bending radius should be greater than or equal to (9-10d). d is the outer diameter of the rubber hose, and the straight section from the joint to the starting point of the elbow should be greater than six times the outer diameter of the pipeline. During installation, avoid twisting the rubber hose. When the rubber hose is slightly twisted, it may reduce its strength or loosen the joint.

High pressure steel wire braided rubber hose is essential for the normal operation of construction machinery. During installation, it is necessary to strictly follow the above requirements and precautions to ensure the stability and safety of the machinery's subsequent use. The bending radius of rubber hoses and rubber hose components should not be less than the bending radius of the rubber hose. It is recommended to avoid bending or folding near the pipe joint as much as possible, otherwise it will hinder hydraulic transmission and material transportation or damage the rubber hose assembly.
