Silicone tubing has properties such as ozone aging resistance, weather aging resistance, arc resistance, and corona resistance, but its cost is relatively high and it is commonly used in household appliances such as rice cookers, disinfection cabinets, and water dispensers.

This hose has physiological inertness, UV resistance, ozone resistance, strong resilience, compression resistance, permanent deformation resistance, oil resistance, stamping resistance, acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance, flame retardancy, voltage resistance, and conductivity.

Moreover, their application ranges are different. Woven silicone tubes are mostly used in industrial sectors such as aviation, electronics, petroleum, chemical, machinery, electrical, medical, oven, food, etc., while PVC tubes are mostly used in many industries such as building materials, packaging, and pharmaceuticals. Silicone tubing has no odor, but PVC has an odor due to the presence of additives.

Due to different industries, their operating temperatures also vary. The operating temperature of woven silicone tubing ranges from -60 ℃ to 200 ℃, while the conveying temperature of PVC tubing cannot exceed 45 ℃.
