Reasons for leakage of radiator hose and precautions for use

High quality products are always loved, but no matter what product it is, there are times when it malfunctions, and the same goes for radiator hoses. Below are the reasons for its malfunction.

1. Tube burst

According to the location of the rupture, pipeline rupture can be divided into two ways. If the burst location is on both sides of the hose, the distance between the two should be within 25mm of the compression sleeve. The reason for the rupture in this area is due to improper manufacturing or installation of the rubber tube, such as the rubber tube being stretched and deformed during the entire installation process, or the bending radius of the rubber tube being lower than the minimum allowable bending radius. If the distance between the split button and the outer cover is 25 millimeters, this kind of explosion is mostly caused by high working pressure of the hydraulic transmission system or damage to the pipe body.

2. Sand hole leakage on heat-resistant hose body

In general, the leakage of sand hole pipes is mainly manifested as the leakage or linear introduction of the vulcanized rubber outside the rubber hose after foaming. The sand holes on the tube body are mainly caused by product quality issues of the rubber hose, such as residual rubber in the tube body, local damage to the tube body, and defects in the tube body when the mold is removed.

3. Leakage at the interface

The leakage at the interface is mainly due to the inconsistent specifications between the vulcanized rubber hose joint and the connecting joint of other components, or the mismatch between the vulcanized rubber hose joint and the connecting joint. If there is a malfunction in the radiator hose, don't panic. First, analyze the problem, whether the pipe body bursts or some connection parts leak, in order to understand the causes of common faults. Alternatively, disassemble and replace the matching connectors or pipes to ensure that it is not easy to endanger subsequent manufacturing.

Notes:

1. When installing for the first time, there is no need to twist the hose, otherwise it may damage the radiator hose or loosen the joint.

2. Install the vulcanized rubber hose in the middle of the object, leaving a certain indoor space to prevent friction between the vulcanized rubber hose and the object during operation. If not, try to obtain some protection, such as applying high-pressure adhesive to protect the wire cover.

3. During all normal operations, the driving of the valve seat should not be too rapid and must be gentle, otherwise the hose will rupture.

4. In order to better prevent the hose from being damaged and the water flow from being restricted, the bending radius should be maximized.

5. When the temperature of the hydraulic transmission system is too high during operation, the hydraulic pipes should be checked immediately and necessary cooling measures should be taken during continuous operation.

6. When the bending radius of heat-resistant hoses is too small, inclined joints are generally used to prevent significant bending and twisting of the hoses.
