1. Pressure

In general, it is stipulated that the working pressure cannot be lower than the larger system pressure, and can only increase by 20% in infrequent use. If the impact pressure of the system is higher than the specified working pressure of the high-pressure steel wire braided rubber hose, it will reduce the service life of the hose and cause system failure.

2. Temperature

The fluid temperature and ambient temperature, whether stable or instantaneous, must not exceed the tolerance limit. Temperatures below or above the limit may reduce the performance of the hose and cause damage.

3. Fluid compatibility

The conveyed liquid must comply with the usage regulations of the hose. If it exceeds the regulations, corrosion and other situations may occur.

4. Appropriate end connections

Due to the convenient connection and low cost of nuts, they are widely used. However, in cases of high vibration, the loosening of nuts should be fully considered and flange connections should be used.
